Service man was great.
On time, friendly, and respectful. After leaving, I did have an issue again: the garage wouldn’t go up. I know he replaced the sprocket, and it may take a few times for the new sprocket and chain to break in hopefully.
Did have to order a new system finally after 20 years. The new system seems to be working good, just need to load it on my phone, so far a pain! Service man was great. Did a good job.
