The first step of the Fawley Process is consultation. The consultation step happens either when you visit our showroom, or when our service technicians come to you. We will discuss in-depth what your expectations are, the garage door styles and materials you approve of, and your timeline needs. Our technicians are there to answer your questions and also make you feel heard and understood. The last thing we want is for you to be dissatisfied with our care, so we will take all the time we need to iron out the details.
Toward the end of our consultation, we will write up a quote with price expectations and give you choices. We will also discuss the estimated time frame on our end, so you always have a clear understanding of the installation process. This step is low-pressure, as we simply want to show you the options available.

2. Ordering
The next step in the Fawley Process is ordering. After we understand your ideal garage door, our team will complete a site inspection of where you want the garage door to be installed. We will sign off on a quote, and order the garage door of your dreams. We also will discuss financing options. We will see to it that your garage door order is accurate and tracked every step of the way. Once we confirm the lead time, then the real fun begins!

3. Scheduling
Once we’ve finalized the smaller details on our end, it’s time for you to select a date and time that works best for you! Regardless of when or where, we will be on time, every time! We will discuss how long the installation service will take, and ask you to prepare the job site by moving your personal belongings and valuables out of the way. We want to keep you and your belongings safe at all times!
We will remind you of the upcoming final payment for your garage door installation, and once your date of choice rolls around, we will get to work on installing your new garage door!

4. Installation
On installation days, our technicians will be hard at work making sure your garage door is in perfect condition. Each technician at Fawley Overhead Door, Inc. is fully qualified, having passed a background check, and skilled in their knowledge of garage door installation. Our team promises to be nothing but professional while we maintain a safe working environment. We will run numerous tests, install the product, and answer any questions you might have the day of!
After the installation is complete, our technicians will clean the entire workspace, ensuring we leave it better than we found it. We will then make a final walkthrough, being sure that the work we did was above satisfactory. Once that is complete, we will approach you about the final payment, and be on our way!

5. Support
Our excellent services don’t stop at the time of installation! Our team at Fawley Overhead Door, Inc. wants to be sure you are fully satisfied with your installation. One week after completion, one of your technicians will give you a call to ask how things are going with your garage door. We will complete a check-up if things are not up to your expectations, and then from there, you can fully enjoy your garage door in peace! However, we recommend getting annual garage door maintenance to ensure that your garage door stays in prime condition.
